Minimal intervention
In the vineyard and cellar, we focus on preserving and refining the natural qualities of our grapes without unnecessary intervention. This restrained approach allows the unique characteristics of each vintage to shine through, resulting in wines with character, depth, and a strong sense of place.
A unique landscape
Our vineyards are nestled between the shell limestone slopes of the Kocher Valley and the Heuchelberg in the Zabergäu region in Germany. This exceptional terroir provides excellent drainage and heat retention, while the special microclimate allows our grapes to ripen slowly, developing complex flavors and natural acidity.
