Highest Awards of the German Wine Industry

The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) awarded the Federal Honorary Prizes to top German winemakers as part of the 2016 Federal Wine Awards hosted by the DLG (German Agricultural Society). At the prestigious award ceremony held at the Kurhaus in Baden-Baden, 22 wineries received the highest recognition of the German wine industry. The awards were presented by Ministerial Director Eckhard Engert and DLG Vice President Prof. Dr. Achim Stiebing, together with the German Wine Queen Lena Endesfelder.
